Special congratulations to Dr. Fallon Wilson, Assistant Vice President of Institutional Advancement at American Baptist College, for her recognition by the Center for NonProfit Management as one of the city's notable young achievers under 30. Dr. Wilson has worked full-time at ABC for over a year in her capacity as Asst. V.P. of Institutional Advancement. Before that, she served as Managing Director of Community Partnerships for Teach for American-Nashville and taught social media classes at ABC in an adjunct capacity. Dr. Wilson is a native of Houston, TX and graduate of Spelman College and the University of Chicago. She was recently invited by the mayor's office to co-chair along with the chief information officer of the city, "Connected Nashville: Smart City Working Group."
The Center for NonProfit Management's "30 in their 30s" is a diverse set of individuals, those who have excelled in serving our community. They range from advocates and program mangers up to chief executive officers, and they come from a wide scope of organizations, including social services, education and the environment.
