Online Class Enrollment Procedures

If you have never taken a course at American Baptist College and wish to enroll in an online class, there are two ways to do so: 1) As a General Studies Student (using the Online Classes Application Form); or 2) As a Prospective Certificate or Degree Program Student (using the regular Application for Admission).

Enroll as a General Studies Student and take online classes without declaring a degree. General Studies Students just want to take a class for fun and enrichment. All classes are 3 credit hour classes. If you later desire to enroll in a certificate or degree program (whether you decide to take classes online or on the campus), you will be required to complete the regular Application for Admissions. Any online class you successfully complete can be transferred toward your degree or certificate once you apply and are accepted into the American Baptist College.

Enroll as a Prospective Degree or Certificate Program Student if you are interested in earning a certificate or degree (whether you decide to take classes online or on the campus). Taking classes online toward your certificate or degree is a good fit for individuals who want to earn their degree entirely online, enjoy the variety and flexibility of taking classes online and on campus or who are just short a couple of classes to complete a degree program.
